This month, we’re focusing on Spring Cleaning ALL the areas of our life, because health and wellness isn’t just for workouts and meal plans (but don’t worry, we’ve got those too!)
Spring is an amazing time to start fresh. In a lot of ways it’s an even better time to say out with the old and in with the new than the New Year, because believe it or not, we’re more likely to QUIT on those New Year’s resolutions than we are to quit on goals set once that bandwagon has passed!
The weather is warmer, we’re feeling GOOD and ready for a purge; both physically and mentally. Seasonal depression can put us in a perpetually negative mindset, and negative thinking can actually weaken your immune system. Positive thoughts boost your energy, reduce anxiety, and create better coping skills. So that’s what we’re aiming for this spring!
