Hey there! Thanks for finding me! My name is Steph and I’m here to empower, uplift, and create a community of hard-working women who want their identity back after motherhood.

I’m a mom of two, a military spouse, and a part-time non-profit grant writer and marketing coordinator.  I’m also a certified group fitness instructor, and a Team Beachbody Coach; and trust me, if I can do this, so can you!!!

After my little dude was born, I was miserable in my own skin. And after trying everything to gain back that confidence I found a health routine that not only gave me back my energy, but gave me a positive community to feel connected to, and my entire life changed. 

I jumped all in, and created a thriving community of my own for women who want to focus on health and wellness through proven fitness programs and simple, sustainable nutrition while also providing that connectedness to others that can be so severely lacking.
