EEK! Today is a huge day–we kicked off the Coach Test Group for Liift4 and I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of it for a couple of reasons.
First– This is only the SECOND program in almost 4 years that my husband has decided to go all in on with me! This is super exciting for me. As an Army guy, he stays really physically fit, but his eating isn’t always on point (seriously ya’ll, why can these guys eat anything they want and not gain an ounce, but I look at a cookie and gain 10 lbs haha). But having his support is SO helpful, and we get to go through the program together with some other couples as well, so it will be super fun!
Second– I LOVE lifting, but it’s not something that I fell in love with until recently, so this will be one of the first programs I do that focuses on basic lifting moves instead of complex compound moves. This means I’ll be able to lift heavier than I ever have, and I can’t wait to see what kind of results that brings!
Third– This program works on my kind of time schedule:
(4) Workout Days (30-40 mins each day)
(3) Rest Days (HELLOOOOO WEEKENDS!)
(1) Cheat Day (HELLOOOOO all of the chocolate things)
It’s legit the perfect program for the summer and being able to still head out and enjoy the weather while we still have it without trying to fit in a crazy long workout.
