Easy Butter Garlic Shrimp and Pasta

16 Pre-cooked, deveined Shrimp (frozen is totally fine!)
2 cups Broccoli (Frozen or Fresh)
1 Cup Gluten Free Rotini (or pasta of your choice)
2 TBSP Butter
Garlic (to your taste)

Prepare Pasta according to directions on box/bag
Partially Steam Broccoli (2 mins in the microwave)
Thaw Shrimp if you use frozen, by running under cold water
Melt Butter in a pan on medium heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant (don’t burn)
Add Shrimp, and cook until translucent (don’t overcook, or it will be rubbery)
Add Broccoli to the pan and toss with shrimp, butter, and garlic, allow to cook down until tender.

Serve Shrimp and Broccoli over cooked pasta.

Recipe serves 2
