How It Works
As busy and working moms it can be so hard to find the time to focus on yourself. My accountability groups make it much easier with
- 20-60 minute at home workouts
- clean-eating meal plans
- nutrient dense, superfoods shake
- support of other new moms
My groups are full of women all figuring out how to balance family with work and life, while still finding time to taking care of themselves!
We check in daily, share tips, tricks and recipes, support one another through the hard days, and celebrate our victories as a community!
The group is run through both a private Facebook group and a private app, meaning our community is always a safe place to share and grow!
Our workout programs are created with love by leading trainers in the fitness industry. Whether you are an avid runner who wants to include strength training, a yoga lover, a dancer, or a fitness newbie (or anything in between!) you’re sure to find something that you love!
