A Short(ish) Hiatus

Well, that was quite the fall off the face of the planet, wasn’t it?

A lot has happened in the last eight months…

Our most stressful military move to date

Lots of sick days for kiddos

Hubby away for work

And probably scariest of all; cancer diagnosis for my mom.

And now here we are, coming up on Thanksgiving, and hopefully also on the other side of ALL THE THINGS. During this time, exercise has been (part of) my Therapy. Yes, I started the REAL Therapy too. And nutrition has been the downfall of my success, just as is it for so many of my clients.

But something about this time of year is like a reset button for me. Maybe it’s that I started my very first journey with Beachbody in December of 2014, so this time of year is like a coming home. Or maybe it’s a way to feel a little more control through the hustle and bustle of the holiday season.

So if you’re like me, and you’re looking for a little sanity through it all, I’m here to tell you that I’m here for you, and even if I’m not HERE HERE, I’m always in my online community working with my girls and moving towards goals, even if it’s at turtle speed….#teamturtle!

My next fitness and nutrition accountability group will start on December 1, and NO it doesn’t mean you don’t enjoy the holiday season…cookies and all..it just means that we find ways to balance that enjoyment with our goals!
